In a large valley inside the NamibRand Nature Reserve, a private reserve of 2,000 km2 bordering with the Namib Desert, 75 km South-East of Sossusvlei.
10 stone villas with large windows, living room, veranda, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Facilities include a swimming pool and a small astronomical observatory.
Nature drives in 4×4 open vehicles, nature walks and quad biking. Excursions to Sossusvlei in 4×4 vehicles, scenic flights in small plains and balloons. Star gazing.
Oryx and springbok are the most common species of antelope, but the reserve also hosts kudus, zebras, brown and spotted hyenas, jackals and bat-eared foxes. More than 170 bird species, including the dune lark, the only true endemic species of Namibia.
