Gonarezhou National Park

Position

On a clifftop overlooking Lake Malilangwe in the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve, a private reserve of about 500 km² at the northern border of Gonarezhou National Park.

Rooms

8 suites, among them 2 for families, all built in wood and stone with en-suite bathroom,  private veranda and plunge pool. Facilities include a private villa, a spa, a gym and a swimming pool.

Activities

Night and day game drives in 4×4 open vehicles, walking safaris, boat safaris, fishing, rock art excursions, community visits and children’s programs.

Wildlife

The reserve has one of the highest concentrations of black rhino on the continent, as well as a healthy populations of white rhino. It is also home to elephants, giraffes, several species of small antelope and, among predators, lions, leopards and cheetah. Over 400 species of birds, including 14 species of eagle, have been identified.

The remote and untouched wilderness of Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve, featuring 38 different habitats and one of the highest concentrations of black rhino in Africa.
