Activities

Scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, fly and deep sea fishing, seasonal whale watching and turtle nesting, dhow excursions, beach picnics, nature walks and visits to the local village.

Wildlife

The waters around the island are home to one of the richest and healthiest coral reef ecosystems in the world, supporting more than 180 coral species and 400 fish species. Here dolphins, whales, manta rays and green turtles can also be seen, while the mangroves provide shelter to many bird species.
