Kenya

Where to stay

Born in the early 20th century with the caravans of the early explorers and the sumptuous expeditions of Churchill, Roosevelt and the Prince of Wales, the history of safari in Kenya continues today following its tradition. The initiative of pioneering conservationists and families made possible the creation of endless protected areas as the Laikipia conservancies, or the rescue of entire natural parks such as Meru National Park. The story of these people, their passion and their active engagement in conservation are reflected in camps and lodges where colonial style and atmosphere merge with modern comfort and technologies with low environmental impact, and make the hospitality in Kenya unique.
