On the rocks of Mumbo Island, inside the Lake Malawi National Park, on the southern end of lake.

Rooms

6 tented chalets, including one for families, each with en-suite eco-friendly bathroom and private veranda with hammock. Facilities include a dive center.

Activities

Swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking and nature walks.

Wildlife

The lake waters are home to more than 1,000 closely related, but different species of cichlid fishes, most of which are endemic. On mainland you can encounter baboons, a number of antelope species and a great variety of birdlife.
