Rooms

18 tented and “Makuti” thatched rooms on wooden decks – 12 standard rooms and 6 suites set either on the beach, on the hillside or in the jungle – that all have private veranda and en-suite bathroom. Facilities include a swmming pool, a spa and a dive centre.

Activities

Scuba diving, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, windsurfing, deep sea fishing, dhow and boat excursions to the nearby Misali Island, tour of Pemba Island and visit to the local villages.

Wildlife

Pemba is densely vegetated and its forests are home to some plant and animal endemic species like the Pemba flying fox. The Indian Ocean surrounding the island sustains a very rich and diverse marine ecosystem featuring about 40 coral genera and over 400 fish species, big and small, plus whales, dolphins and two sea turtle species.
